Karina Luna

Patient Coordinator

If you would have told me 12 years ago I'd be working in healthcare STILL and residing in the Great state of Texas I would have told you in my Minnesotan accent, “You betcha wrong!”

Hi, I'm Karina. I started my health care career working alongside our most vulnerable. Providing direct patient care for 8 years to long term patients in assisted living and memory care. Creating strong relationships with patients and their families. Followed by a year in a community clinic with different outreach programs aimed to support families in need often using my bilingual skills. Working in a diverse setting has been both a privilege and rewarding.

When I'm not checking if your insurance is in network or scheduling your next appointment, I spend the majority of my time at home making meals for my family and getting recipes from Pinterest. I enjoy watching any kind of documentary or true crime show. Though I question my sanity when I’m pushing through a workout, I truly do enjoy challenging my body through movement and desire to achieve wellness in all aspects of my life.

I’ve worked as a Patient Coordinator for Dr. Wolthoff over the course of more than 6 years and have formed professional relationships with many of you. I’m excited to meet again and pick up where we left off as well as meeting all of you looking to achieve your skin care goals for the first time.

Megan Marthiljohni

Certified Medical Assistant

Hi, my name is Megan Marthiljohni! I am a Certified Medical Assistant at Intentional Dermatology and Heath. I grew up in Victoria, Texas and attended Texas A&M University where I earned my undergraduate degree. I went back to school in 2022 and earned my masters in Lifestyle Health Sciences at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and became a Certified Heath and Wellness Coach. Working alongside Dr. Wolthoff has shown me the power of effective communication and compassion in healthcare! The quality of care she shows to her patients is something I will strive to do with my patients as a future Physician Assistant! I am so thankful to be apart of the wonderful team here at Intentional Dermatology. Our staff strives to facilitate an environment where patients feel welcomed and comfortable each and every day! When I am not at work you can find me reading, baking, running, and spending time with my family and friends!

Aidee Estrada

Certified Medical Assistant

Hi, my name is Aidee, I'm a dedicated dermatology medical assistant. I'm a mother of two amazing kids: 16-year-old Alexandra and 2-year-old Jacob. I always knew I wanted to help people and becoming a medical assistant has given me that opportunity. Providing excellent patient care is incredibly important to me and I strive to make a positive impact in my work every day, not only with patients, but also with my coworkers and everyone around me. On my off days I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family whether it's going on wine tours, shopping, or playing at the park with my kids. Baking is my main hobby and while my cakes are not always homemade; they are always made with love.

Christina Wilhoite

Aesthetician

This is Christina! She is a clinical trainer, licensed aesthetician, and veteran laser technician who loves helping clients improve their skin health. She began her career in 2007 at a local  medical spa with multi specialist physicians and a few later began working with 2 dermatologists who taught her about skin problems, skin health and skin care. How to help clients improve the health and look of their skin through different modalities. She then broadened her knowledge of facial aesthetics working with plastic surgeons for 2 years, then continued in dermatology with the 2 dermatologist she knows and adores. This past year she began a new role as a clinical development manager for Texas and head of clinical for Novoxel Tixel and clinical trainer for over 170 laser devices throughout the US.
